0.5M Tris Buffer (Endotoxin free)

0.5M Tris Buffer (Endotoxin-Free) is an extensively used buffer in Molecular Biology. It is used as the major component of several buffer solutions, e.g. Tris-EDTA buffer, Tris-buffered saline etc.and also used in nucleic acid purification. Tris is the common name of tris (hydroxymethyl) aminomethane. It is a primary amine and is effective as a buffer in the pH range between 7.0 and 9.2.
