5X Sucrose Gel Loading Dye

The 5X Sucrose Gel Loading Dye is a pre-mixed, ready-to-use loading buffer with two tracking dyes which is very conveniently used for analysis of DNA samples on agarose gels during electrophoresis. The 5X Sucrose Gel Loading Dye is a pre-mixed, ready-to-use loading buffer. It contains two different dyes Xylene Cyanol FF and Bromophenol blue for two-color visual tracking of DNA migration during gel electrophoresis. This dye contains sucrose which ensures that the DNA in the sample becomes more viscous and forms a layer at the bottom of the well. It should be used by mixxing one volume of 5X Sucrose Gel Loading Dye to 4 volumes of DNA sample
