6M Guanidine thiocyanate

Chaotropic agent used for solubilizing proteins and peptides and for isolation of RNA Ready-to-use solution acting as a chaotropic solution. It can be solubilizing proteins from inclusion bodies or denaturing native globular proteins and for isolation of RNA. This solution is in 6M concentration with pre-adjusted pH which can used as a stock solutio to prepare lower concentration solutions. It is 2.5 times stronger chaotropic agent as compared to Guanidine HCL
