Hi-PCR Astrovirus Probe PCR Kit

Hi‐PCR® Astrovirus Probe PCR Kit is based on real‐time PCR technology for the detection of Astrovirus specific RNA. The kit contains primer‐probe mixture specific for the detection of Astrovirus RNA. In addition, the kit contains a positive control and internal control for identification of possible PCR inhibition or reagent failure. The assay principle is based on the hydrolysis probe chemistry which confers higher specificity and sensitivity.
