Hi‐PCR® Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei (EHP) Probe PCR Kit  is designed to detect the EHP specific target in FAM channel and Internal Control in HEX channel in a single tube reaction. The kit allows sensitive and specific detection of EHP in a single tube reaction.  Enterocytozoon hepatopenaei (EHP) has become a major concern for the shrimp farming industry especially in Asia including Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and China. It is an emerging microsporidian parasite for penaeid shrimp, which has been associated with growth retardation and significant losses in farmed shrimp. It is transmitted directly from shrimp to shrimp by the oral route..
