HiPurA® PCR Product Purification Kit is a column based kit for purifying DNA from PCR product The HiPurA® PCR Product Purification Kit provides a simple and rapid method to purify single or double stranded DNA from PCR and other enzymatic reactions using spin column. It is based on advanced silica binding principle presented in a microspin format. DNA binds specifically to the silica-gel membrane while contaminants such as free nucleotides, primer dimers (upto 50 bp) proteins, MgCl2, mineral oil etc. pass through and are completely removed in wash step. The clean, concentrated DNA is eluted in a small volume of low salt buffer. Concentration of recovered DNA can be estimated by agarose gel electrophoresis. The PCR product recovery is 80-95% depending on the size of DNA from 25-100µl fo PCR product.
