CF045 is a lyophilized recombinant human IL-3 expressed in E. coli, filtered through 0.22μ membrane filter. It is a hematopoietic growth factor that promotes survival, differentiation and proliferation of committed progenitor cells. IL-3, along with other cytokines cells exert synergistc effect on the cell growth. Interleukin 3 (IL-3) is globular protein consisting of 133 amino acids. It is secreted by T- cells, mast cells and eosinophils. It is a hematopoietic growth factor that promotes survival, differentiation and proliferation of committed progenitor cells of megakaryocytes, granulocytes-macrophage, erythroid, eosinophils, basophils and mast cell lineages.
