Nitrate HiVegâ„¢ Broth 100G

Nitrate HiVegâ„¢ Broth is recommended for detection of nitrate reduction by bacteria. It is recommended by BIS committee under the specifications IS:5887(Part IV)-1999 (Reaffirmed 2005). A distinct red or pink colour indicates nitrate reduction. Organisms shows positive reaction and develops red colour. This medium is prepared by replacing animal peptones with vegetable defined peptones to avoid BSE/TSE/GMO risk.
