Slanetz and Bartley HiVegâ„¢ Medium 500G

Slanetz and Bartley HiVegâ„¢ Medium is used for the detection and enumeration of Enterococci by membrane filtration technique. It can be also used as a direct plating medium. The medium is highly selective for Enterococci. The medium is prepared using vegetable defined peptones instead of animal peptones to avoid BSE/TSE/GMO risk associated with animal peptones.
