50 ml polypropylene tubes with screw caps are made of polypropylene, a material resistant to chemicals and heat. Designed for high-volume centrifugation, they are commonly used for drug discovery and cell harvesting/purification. They are available in non-sterile, pyrogen-free, RNase, and DNase varieties. Sterile, leak-proof, pyrogen-free screw caps, RNase and DNase versions with molded graduations are also available.
