1M Tris-Cl, pH 8.0

1M tris buffer with pre-adjusted pH Primary amine effective as a buffer sonsisting of 1M Tris. It has a pre-adjusted pH of 8.0 with varing applications including nucleic acid purification. It is also used for preparating buffer solutions, e.g. Tris-EDTA buffer, Tris-acetate EDTA buffer, Tris-borate EDTA buffer, Tris-buffered saline etc.
