2.5X Tris-SDS Buffer (pH 8.8)

Tris -SDS buffer with a concentration of 2.5X for casting of separating/resolving gel for PAGE 2.5X Tris-SDS Buffer (pH 8.8) is used in the preparation of separating or resolving gel mix while performing SDS-PAGE which is used for the separation of proteins through electrophoresis. It forms separation zone of smaller pore size and high alkaline medium.
