5X Tris-SDS Buffer (pH 6.8)

Tris -SDS buffer with a concentration of 5X for casting of casting gel for PAGE 5X Tris-SDS Buffer (pH 6.8) is used to prepare buffer for stacking gel during SDS-PAGE (SDSPolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis). It forms discontinuous stacking gel with a large pore size region for concentrating protein sample before entering separating zone.
