CHO HiVegâ„¢ Medium Base 500G

CHO HiVegâ„¢ Medium Base is recommended as a basal medium to which carbohydrates may be added for use in fermentation studies of anaerobic bacteria. Bromothymol blue is the pH indicator. Colour of the medium changes to yellow on fermentation of carbohydrate that is added for study. CHO HiVegâ„¢ Medium Base is prepared by using vegetable peptones in place of animal based peptones which make the media free of BSE/TSE risks.
