The general-purpose column has a Teflon® stopcock and top outer joint. With a coarse porosity fritted disc to support column packing. With a sealed coarse porosity fritted disc to support column packing. The column is constructed using a medium wall tubing. Can be used as a gravity eluted column or flash column when used with an optional flow controller and reservoir
