Hi-PCR® Fungal ITS Semi-Q PCR Kit

The Hi‐PCR® Fungal ITS Semi‐Q PCR Kit is designed for the detection of a specific sequence of the ITS region of rRNA gene in Fungusfrom variousfood sources, cells, clinicalsamples etc. The Fungal ITS specific primers generate an amplicon of 290 bp. This kit also contains Positive control.   A longstanding diagnostic challenge for fungal infections is to identify an infecting fungal pathogen early in the infection process and rapidly assess its susceptibility to antifungal drugs to facilitate appropriate therapy. In fungal infections, even when positive, results usually take longer than a week because these organisms are difficult to identify and/or are slow-growing.
