Hi‐PCR® Milk Cow Probe PCR Kit is designed to detect the cytochrome b (cyb) region of Cow in FAM channel with Internal Control in JOE channel in a single tube reaction. The globalization of the food market and increased consumption of processed foods has increased chances of mixing declared food products by chance or with undeclared cheaper alternatives of food source. Even religious and ethical criteria can be at risk in the case of food adulteration.
