HiMesoXLTM Mesenchymal Stem Cell Expansion Medium, is designed for in vitro cultivation and expansion of Wharton’s Jelly Mesenchymal Stem Cells (HWJ-MSC), Human Adipose Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (HADMSC) and Human Dental Pulp Stem Cells (HDP-SC) while maintaining them in an undifferentiated state. It contains basal medium (Part A) and growth supplement (Part B). Part A consists of inorganic, organic salts, amino acids, vitamins and sodium bicarbonate and is devoid of protein, hormones, antibiotics and antimycotics. Part B is reduced serum growth supplement necessary for growth of mesenchymal stem cells.
