HiPurA® Bone DNA Purification Kit

HiPurA® Bone DNA Purification Kit is a solution based DNA extraction kit for bone HiPurA® Bone DNA Purification Kit provides a fast and easy method for isolation of genomic DNA from bone samples of various species (including forensic samples) and teeth samples. In this kit, once the bone sample is decalcified, it is subjected to lysis by Bone Extraction Buffer. Followed by binding of DNA, removal of residual contaminants and elution of pure genomic DNA. Concentration of DNA can be estimated by agarose gel electrophoresis.
