HiPurA® Plant DNA Isolation Kit (CTAB Method)

HiPurA® Plant DNA Isolation Kit (CTAB Method) is a solution based DNA extraction kit for plant leaves using CTAB HiPurA® Plant DNA Isolation Kit (CTAB Method) provides an easy method for isolation of DNA from cotton leaves using CTAB. The CTAB method can be used both for freeze-dried leaves and for fresh leaves. CTAB is used to break open and solubilize the contents of plant cells. The concentration of DNA can be estimated by agarose gel electrophoresis. Typical yield is upto 500µg from 300-400mg of plant tissue.
