HiPurA® Viral RNA Purification Kit

This kit carries out efficient extraction of viral RNA from wide range of viral strains like Influenza, Dengue, Chikungunya and viral pathogen of animals. HiPurA® Viral RNA Purification Kit provide the fastest and easiest way to purify viral RNA using miniprep spin columns. Viral RNA can be purified from fresh or frozen plasma (treated with anticoagulant EDTA), serum, other body fluids, and infected tissues. This kit carries out efficient extraction of viral RNA from wide range of viral strains like Influenza, Dengue, Chikungunya and viral pathogen of animals. It is based on the advanced silica binding principle presented in a microspin format facilitating the binding, washing and elution steps thus enabling multiple samples to be processed simultaneously. It comprises of three steps viz. adsorption of RNA to the membrane, removal of residual contaminants and elution of pure RNA. Concentration of recovered RNA can be estimated by agarose gel electrophoresis.
