HiVeg Hydrolysate No. 1 is specially prepared by enzymic hydrolysate of vegetable proteins that can successfully replace Tryptose (RM030). It is used in Tryptose HiVeg media, where blood cells are maintained in excellent state and so haemolytic reactions can be easily demonstrated.
