AL047S contains Earle's salts, 2mM L-glutamine, 1mM sodium pyruvate, 1.5gms per litre sodium bicarbonate and non-essential amino acids. Minimum Essential Medium(MEM) is a modification of Basal Medium Eagle(BME).
