Murine Recombinant Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor Source : E.coli Cell Culture Tested

CF017 is recombinant murine M-CSF expressed in E. coli, filtered through 0.22μ membrane filter and lyophilized with 5mM Tris, pH 8.0 and 100mM NaCl. In cell culture applications, M-SCF is used as a component of media for culture of peripheral blood monocytes and macrophages. Macrophage Colony Stimulating Factor (M-CSF) is a key regulator of cellular proliferation, differentiation, and survival of blood monocytes, macrophages and their progenitor cells. It has been shown to stimulate formation of osteoblasts in vitro.
