Orange Serum Medium (Economy pack) (without Membrane Filter)

Recommended for detection and enumeration of acid tolerant microorganisms by membrane filtration. Orange serum provides an optimal environment for the recovery of acid tolerant microorganisms from citrus fruit products. Lactobacillus and Leuconostoc, yeast and moulds are the spoilage organisms which are recovered on this membrane. Sterile pad is supplied in sterile Petri plate. Membrane filter is not supplied .
