Sabouraud Dextrose Agar Plate w/ Lecithin & Polysorbate 80 (γ-irradiated)

Recommended for determining the efficiency of sanitization of containers, equipment surfaces, water miscible cosmetics, etc.. It can also be used to enumerate the organisms from water insoluble products and fatty products containing preservatives or antimicrobials. Lecithin and Polysorbate 80 are the neutralizers. The plates are gamma irradiated. Available in scored plate for environmental monitoring, sterility checks by touch or contact method. Grids for easy counting.
