SalEnrich Broth Base, medium is recommended as pre enrichment medium for Salmonella with added SalEnrich Selective Supplement (FD238). It is used in two-step enrichment method of sublethally injured Salmonellae from food and feeds. Growth of contaminating flora is inhibited due to tetrathionate, brilliant green and bile.
