Soyabean HiVegâ„¢ Medium w/ BCP, Sterile Powder is a gamma irradiated sterile powder recommended for the evaluation of sterility in manufacturing process and also recommended for the cultivation of a wide variety of microorganisms. It supports the growth of a wide variety of microorganisms, including common aerobic, facultative and anaerobic bacteria and fungi. Change in colour of medium from purple to yellow with turbidity indicates growth. This medium is prepared by replacing animal peptones with vegetable defined peptones to avoid BSE/TSE/GMO risk.
