TNT Buffer

TNT Buffer is used as a wash solution during Western blotting and several other immunological procedures. TNT Buffer is widely used in molecular biology. It is a mixture of Tris-Cl, Sodium chloride and Tween-20®. The relatively high salt concentration makes this buffer particularly well-suited for immunohistochemical staining methods that require very thorough washing and for several in situ hybridization procedures like wash buffer in western blotting.
