Hi-PCR® Dengue Serotyping Probe PCR Kit 2.0

Hi‐PCR® Dengue Serotyping Probe PCR Kit 2.0 allows simultaneous detection and typing of Dengue serotypes DENV‐1, DENV‐2, DENV‐3 and DENV‐4 in a two‐tube assay format. Tube 1 includes primers and probesspecific for DENV‐2, DENV‐3 and DENV‐4 RNA labelled with the FAM, Texas Red and Cy5 fluorophore respectively. Tube 2 includes primers and probes specific for DENV‐1 RNA labelled with the JOE fluorophore respectively along with an endogenous internal control amplification system (probe labelled with fluorophore ROX) to verify efficient viral RNA isolation from clinical samples and PCR amplification.
