This HiDip slide is recommended for growth of wide variety of microorganisms & Lactobacilli. TSA/SCDA -as a general purpose growth medium used for the cultivation of wide variety of microorganisms including bacteria and fungi. Tryptone and Soya peptone supplies the essential nutrients. MRS Agar- It supports luxuriant growth of all lactobacilli. Sodium acetate and ammonium citrate inhibit streptococci, moulds and many other microorganisms.
