HiEndoXL™ Endothelial Cell Expansion Medium, Reduced Serum w/VEGF, L-Glutamine and Sodium bicarbonate w/o BBE

HiEndoXLTM Endothelial Cell Expansion Medium is a reduced serum medium used for in vitro cultivation and expansion of Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells (HUVEC) and Human Umbilical Artery Endothelial cells (HUAEC). It contains basal medium (Part A) and endothelial cell growth supplement (Part B). HiEndoXLTM Endothelial Cell Expansion Medium is a reduced serum medium used for in vitro cultivation and expansion of Human Umbilical Vein Endothelial Cells (HUVEC) and Human Umbilical Artery Endothelial cells (HUAEC). It contains basal medium (Part A) and endothelial cell growth supplement (Part B). Part A consists of inorganic, organic salts, amino acids, vitamins and sodium bicarbonate. Part B consists of growth factors and nutrients necessary for growth of large vessel endothelial cells. This medium and supplement is devoid of antibiotics and antimycotics.
