HiEndoXLTM Microvascular Endothelial Cell Expansion Medium is a reduced serum medium used for in vitro cultivation and expansion of Human Microvascular Endothelial Cells. It contains Basal Medium (Part A) and Microvascular Endothelial Growth Supplement (Part B). HiEndoXLTM Microvascular Endothelial Cell Expansion Medium is a reduced serum medium used for in vitro cultivation and expansion of Human Microvascular Endothelial Cells. It contains Basal Medium (Part A) and Microvascular Endothelial Growth Supplement (Part B). Part A consists of inorganic, organic salts, amino acids, vitamins and sodium bicarbonate.Part B consists of growth factors and nutrients necessary for growth of large vessel endothelial cells. This medium and supplement is devoid of Bovine Brain Extract (BBE), antibiotics and antimycotics.
